21B Training Course - November 12, 2025 REMOTE

The 21B Training Course is for people looking to become certified as Retailers, Manufacturers or Installers of Manufactured Homes in NYS. Prior to initial certification, students should study the requirements to become certified in New York State as a manufacturer, retailer, installer or mechanic. They include financial responsibility, experience, education, initial training and in some cases, a written examination. Requirements vary with each type of certification. Prior to beginning any training, all applicants should read the Manufactured Housing Laws & Regulations Part 1210.

PLEASE NOTE: 

The name you use when registering should be your LEGAL NAME and will match your certification documents for Licensing.

21B for Installer Training:
     - applicants must provide proof of completion of 13-hour online course with MHEI before taking the 21B course.
     - when you register, check the box so we know you will need the exam at the end of the 21B class.
