Governor Hochul signed three bills on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 that will impact the manufactured housing industry and communities in New York State.  In particular, the Right of First Refusal bill S5881-A / A5549-A will have a significant impact on manufactured home community owners. NYHA will host a Webex meeting on Thursday, November 16, 2023 from 2 - 3:30 pm with attorney's from around the state to discuss this very important topic.
